预订提醒Refund and rebooking requests are available only when operations cancels the scheduled whale shark visit for whale shark non-appearance. Rebooking is allowed only when the cancelled pickup date is within the next 7 Manila calendar days. Whale shark sightings are not guaranteed because this is a wild nature-based activity. Guests must follow guide, boat crew, LGU, safety, and environmental instructions, including: do not touch, ride, chase, or feed whale sharks; keep safe distance; avoid flash photography; and avoid sunscreen, lotion, or chemical products before swimming.
